The photoluminescent pigment is made from rare earth
elementsthrough a hi-tech process. It absorbs light(natural day
light orelectrical lamp light) for about 10~15minutes and then
emits avisible light for more than 12 hours in the dark. It is free
ofradioactive and toxic materials and it is chemically stable.
Itcan be added into paints, inks, plastics and makes
